2024年4月1日，由想法到成型歷時兩年多，全洗首個屋苑用洗衣智能櫃終於在黃大仙的居屋天馬苑及將軍澳的東港城面世測試！秉承30多年的洗衣經驗，既不會額外提供淘寶送貨服務，也不會有順豐式的郵寄服務，我們的洗衣智能櫃就是專注於提供高質量的專業洗衣服務，乾淨，整潔，一絲不苟，帶給住戶實體洗衣店的體驗。
我們認為洗衣智能櫃就是香港洗衣業的未來。即使自助洗衣店多如雨後春筍，但一直以來實體洗衣店的需求依然存在，它們既幫助客人處理摺疊衣物，亦幫忙處理客人無法處理的衣物，省時又方便。可是香港租金昂貴，利潤微薄又令薪金低廉，洗衣地鋪已漸漸無力承擔貴租，人員不斷流失出現嚴重斷層現象。
其實要服務客人，我們真的有必要用一間地鋪來收衣嗎？30多年來的洗衣工場經驗告訴我們，答案是否定的。我們多年來最大的客戶，正正就是不需要用哪怕一部洗衣機留在店內，只是單單在一個街市開一間小店收衣而已，利潤卻是鶴立雞群，證明客人需要的不是實體洗衣店，他們需要的，只是洗衣服務。
除著科技的進步，智能櫃已成為我們生活的常用品，順豐智能櫃，Alfred Locker，甚至宜家傢私等，大部份屋苑都在戶外放著不同櫃格，我們洗衣智能櫃的概念就是希望以最便宜的成本提供不同屋苑住戶最方便最專業的洗衣服務，所有使用櫃格收回來的衣物都由我們的洗衣工場專業處理並以最短時間送回。沒有租金的顧慮，加上工場直接處理，把成本降低卻又同時提高質素，住戶更不用提著重物來回洗衣店，在屋苑立場亦提供了自給自足的洗衣服務，一舉多得。
我們亦花了很多時間來優化櫃格的使用界面，務求令所有客人都能簡單使用服務，度身訂造的櫃格大小亦適合位置不同大小的衣物。
小小的格子，既能幫助附近沒有洗衣店的屋苑，亦能解決成本上漲之苦，現已有YOHO屋苑，將軍澳大居屋屋苑，啟德私人樓宇，甚至服務式住宅及嘗未推出的樓盤YOHO WEST等等表示有興趣，希望這個懷胎2年出世的洗衣智能櫃未來能為更多的香港人服務！

Starting from April 2024, we can finally announce that our Hong Kong first Laundry Smart Locker has been installed to Tin Ma Court – Wong Tai Sin and East Point City – Tseung Kwan O! It took us more than 2 years from concept to product. It wouldn’t provide any TaoBao delivery service and SF express mailing service, it is just for providing high quality professional laundry service. We are going to provide residents a clean and tidy laundry experience.
We believe Laundry Smart Locker will be laundry industries’ future. Although there are more and more self-service laundry shops, traditional laundry shops are still exist. They can provide customers wash and fold service and process difficult items, it’s time saving and convenience. However, due to a high rental value in Hong Kong as well as low salary rate for laundry labor because of laundry shops’ low profit, traditional laundry shops are hard to afford the rental and more and more labor is leaving the industry.
In fact, do we really need to use a “shop” to provide a laundry service? Our 30+ years laundry factory experience has told us the answer is negative. Our biggest client’s laundry shop doesn’t need even a laundry machine. She just needed to open a small shop in wet market to receive customers’ laundry i.e. no laundry service is provide at her shop. However, the profit was really high. It proves that what customer needs is not the existence of traditional laundry shop. What they need is only the laundry service.
With the improvement of technology, smart locker has entered our daily life. SF lockers, Alfred Lockers, even IKEA. You can see different kind of lockers placed in many estates. Our idea of Laundry Smart Locker is to provide residential a convenient and professional laundry service with extremely low cost. Every laundry will be collected to our factory and send it back as soon as possible. Without consideration of rent and directly process by laundry factory, we successfully lower the cost and increase the quality at the same time. Resident doesn’t need to take the heavy laundry with a long way to laundry shops, residentials can provide self-sufficient laundry service as well, the lockers provide a mutual benefit to everyone.
We have also spent much time in providing the best user interface. We aim to let everyone use our service really easy. Our tailor-made locker size is suitable to place most type of laundry as well.
With just some “boxes”, we can definitely help residentials without a laundry shop nearby and solve the increasing rental problem! Estates like Yoho series, Tseung Kwan O’ HOS, Kai Tak private estate, service apartment, etc is having interest in joining as well. We hope this can really help more and more Hong Kong resident in future!
