得到上次香港保誠網球公開賽的經驗，我們有幸再一次成為中銀香港世界男子網球公開賽的指定洗衣商，為是次M Mark 香港大型體育盛事提供毛巾及球員衣物洗衣服務。本次工作比上次WTP更加艱巨，我們除了提供了24小時內的球員衣物洗衣服務外，他們的家屬及教練的衣物我們亦一併處理，再加上毛巾用量嚴重超出預計期，所用毛巾亦比上次WTP更大更厚，我們最後更需要在24小時內交付毛巾以確保足夠數量，慶幸我們最後亦能做到。跟往常一樣，我們亦沒有掉失任何球員衣物，繼續保持一貫高質素。

經過兩次超大型體肯活動的經驗後，我們確信自己能繼續擔任大型活動洗衣商的艱巨任務。再一次感謝中國香港網球總會給予機會我們合作，亦期待日後能跟其他公司繼續合作支援大型活動，提供最合適的商業洗衣方案

Having the previous experience in Prudential Hong Kong Tennis Open(WTA), we are glad to become the only laundry supplier of Bank of China Hong Kong Tennis Open(ATP), providing towel and players’ laundry service for such a big M mark sport event. This job was much harder than WTA, besides providing players’ laundry service within 24 hours, we also had to deal with their parents and trainers’ clothing. In addition to the overuse of towels which is thicker and bigger than those in WTP, we eventually have to finish the towel laundry job within 24 hours to confirm enough quantity. But surely we had finally made it as always. As usual, we haven’t lost any player’s clothing, giving them a high quality service like before.

By having more experience in those big events, we can confirm that we are able to continue as laundry supplier in any big events. Again we have to give a thanks to Hong Kong China Tennis Association, giving us a chance to serve. We look forward to support other big events with any other companies, providing them the best laundry solution.
